A:Kreate a Memory accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard,Amex credit card payments.All credit card transaction that are denied will incur a $ 5.00 service fee to the card holder with a maxium of $10.00 for a second reprocessing attemp to the card holders credit card. We also accept cashier’s checks, money orders and personal checks. All orders paid by personal check shall be processed and shipped once payment has been received.Check payments are subject to a $25.00 fee for non sufficient funds.
How do I order online? TOP
A: Placing an order online is easy and convenient. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select the "check out" feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, submit your order. What about state sales tax? TOP
A:All orders shipped to destinations within the state of Florida are charged 7% sales tax in accordance with state law. All other states outside the state of Florida are tax exempt.
What is the currency for all prices? TOP
A: All prices listed on our Kreate a Memory's website are in USD.
What is the minimum quantity? TOP
A: Kreate a Memory has a minimum order requirement for each product on our website. Minimum quantity is listed for each product in the product description. Customers can still place orders for items below our minimum quantity. If you would like to place an order that does not meet our minimum quantity requirement, please call us at (305) 386-1942. We will try our best to accommodate all requests.
What is Kreate a Memory's product availability? TOP
A: Kreate a Memory carries most of the products featured on our website. On occasion, products may be backordered, which will be indicated in the product description. Some of our Favors and Centerpieces are Custom-Made to order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for their Creation & production time plus additional time for delivery. If you need one of these items sooner, Please E-mail me kreateamemory@hotmail.com And we will try to accommodate your request. What is Kreate a Memory's Return Policy & Procedure? TOP
A:We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we can reasonably to make you happy. Simply contact us by e-mail or phone, and we will provide you with an authorization to return the item provided the following conditions are met:
·We do not accept returns on any products that have been used, personalized or decorated in any way. We also cannot accept returns on sample items or handcrafted items, eatables or candles. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. We will only accept returns within 7 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in its original packaging. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.
· The product must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging must be returned undamaged and in resalable condition. You will need to make sure it is protected inside the packing carton by packing materials such as bubble wrap or peanuts.
· Your request to return a product must be made within 7days of product being delivered:
NO EXCEPTIONS! Should we agree to a return there will be a 20% restocking fee. All products must be returned via UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.We will not assume responsibility for items that we do not receive back or are returned damaged in transit. |
